Terms and Conditions

When Attending our Bars

We encourage all clients to arrive promptly for their service and to avoid being late as this may mean we are unable to provide your treatment or reduces the time our therapist has to carry out your treatment.

Our minimum age for receiving beauty services is 16, with the exception of PMU and intimate waxing where the minimum age is 18.  Children under 16 may receive certain treatments, provided we have signed parental consent and is accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We ask clients to look after their property while at Flash Express Beauty Bar, as we are unable to take responsibility for items left unattended, lost or stolen.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, skin medication or significant medical concerns prior to treatment so your beauty specialist can tailor your services if required.

Please note we reserve the right to refuse treatments; disrespect and rudeness towards Flash Express Beauty Bar staff will not be tolerated.

We would encourage our clients to attend alone for their treatment.  If it is essential that you bring children with you, then the responsibility and safety of children in your care remain yours.

Seasonal Offers and Promotions

Various permanent and temporary offers and promotions are run throughout the year.  Details, terms and conditions of individual offers and promotions are available to view on our website, date and time restrictions may apply.

All promotions and offers are subject to availability.  In all cases they may not be used in conjunction with each other.
Flash Express Beauty Bar reserves the right to cancel any offers or promotions running at any given time.


Where patch tests are required for your service, please ensure that you have not had a reaction prior to your treatment.  If this not the case, please contact the Salon straight away.

In special circumstances, last minute walk-in bookings can proceed for ‘Flash’ services provided you give your full signed consent by completing our indemnity waiver.  Ask your beauty specialist if required.

We are happy to treat pregnant women provided a patch test has been carried out 48hrs prior to every service with us.  During pregnancy, body and skin changes can occur quickly.  We want to assure we deliver the best results for you.

The duration of your stated treatment time may sometimes last longer or shorter depending on various factors including, but not limited to, the condition of your previous treatment, nail or skin condition etc.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or rearrange your appointment at any time up to 48 hours before your appointment.  Some of our treatments require deposits to be paid at the time of booking so we can prepare the products and time required.  These deposits are non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled within 48 Hours

Aftercare and Guarantee

All services are guaranteed for 72hrs post treatment.  Within this time frame if you experience any technical concern such as a nail repair, loss of lash extensions etc- please get in touch to arrange a complimentary repair or infill service.  If you are unable to re-visit the salon within the 72hr time frame, still inform us so we can arrange for your most convenient time.

Please ensure that you follow all the personal aftercare advise provided by your beauty specialist and the treatment information available on our website, to ensure you get longevity and best results form your treatments.  We cannot provide guarantees if this information is not followed.


All payments should be cashless, either made online or in our bars.


Please ensure that you are totally happy with the service you have received before you leave the salon as no refunds will be issued after you have left our salon.

If you have any concern with your treatment or staff service, please discreetly inform us at reception prior to payment.

Once you have made payment and left our salon, we will consider that you have been happy with your overall Flash experience.

Rest assured that your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of any personal information we collect from you.  We do not share any of your personal information with any third-party organisations and we abide by the principles of UK data protection legislation and GDPR.

Changes to terms and conditions

The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at our own discretion and without prior notice to you, and without liability to you or any other user.
